Department Appointments
Want to talk with a representative from a major you're exploring? Have specific questions about financial aid, Honors, or ROTC? A departmental appointment is a great addition to the campus tour that can help you get a more in-depth look at specific areas of interest!
Meetings with academic or student support units across campus are available at select times Monday-Friday. Department meetings are not available on Saturdays. These appointments are separate from the campus tour and require additional time on campus, as well as navigating campus in your personal vehicle. Appointments are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour, and we recommend scheduling no more than two.
You can request departmental appointments in addition to your campus tour, or as a stand-alone visit.
For those who want a campus tour AND departmental a ppointment:
These meetings are typically scheduled after your morning campus tour (between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) or before your afternoon campus tour (between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.), as availability permits. We cannot schedule appointments after the afternoon tour. Appointments are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour, and we recommend scheduling no more than two.
For those who ONLY want a departmental appointment:
These meeting are based on the availability of the different departments across campus. We cannot guarantee a departmental appointment but please give us the best date and time of day (morning or afternoon) when completing the request form. If the department is unable to meet, we will let you know via email or phone call. These appointment could be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Appointments are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour, and we recommend scheduling no more than two.
