Hometown: Bridgeport, WV

Major: MS in Journalism

Favorite place to Study: The Media Innovation Lab at Evansdale Crossing

Hobbies/Interests: Dancing is something I've done all my life and will always love. I also enjoy road tripping, attending concerts, exploring West Virginia, exercising, reading and spending time with family/friends.

Favorite Book: I'd say it's a tie between Tuesday's with Morrie by Mitch Albom or Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.

Favorite Band/song: I like anything and everything! Especially something with a strong beat or thoughtful lyrics.

Favorite Movie: The Blind Side

Favorite place to hang out on and off campus: My go-to place to hang out on campus is Evansdale Crossing because there are so many options to get a bite to eat or neat spaces to hang out for a while. Off campus, I like to spend time outdoors, whether it's hiking around the University Forest, kayaking in Cheat Lake or biking along Decker's Creek Trail with my friends.

Favorite WVU Traditions: Watching the Pride of West Virginia take the field before football games (especially Simple Gifts), cheering along with WVU's fight songs and rolling out the carpet at WVU basketball games!
