VRC Hours
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday (excluding home football games): 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Admissions Information Sessions will begin thirty minutes before scheduled tour times with the exception of the Saturday 12:30 tour.
Tour Schedule
Our expert student guides will give you a walking/driving tour of the campus and take you inside a residence hall, and of course, the new Student Recreation Center. An admissions presentation will begin thirty minutes prior to the start of the campus tour. The admissions counselor will discuss admissions requirements, cost, and more.
To schedule a guided tour you must first call ahead to make reservations, as well as to receive detailed directions to WVU. If you want to meet a specific department representative or attend a class, it can be arranged. We can provide campus maps, parking information, and local lodging details, so you can stay a few days and enjoy some of the local festivals and scenery.
The Center closes during major University holidays. Please call ahead for the most current tour schedule (reservations are required to guarantee participation on a specific guided tour). We look forward to meeting you!

Guided Tour Schedule
Monday through Friday: 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Saturday (excluding home football games): 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Graduate & Transfer Student Tour Schedule
Monday: 1:30 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m.
The graduate and transfer tours are more condensed campus tours for students coming in with 29+ hours. This tour does not visit a residence hall or dining facility.
